Welcome 2014 - My goals for this year!


What I want to active in 2014:
A healthier lifestyle - Lose weight, eat healthier and exercise more
Have a social life – Spend less time at home and more time socializing with friends and family
Be the best mother to my 4 year old that I could possibly be - Don't stress the small stuff!

Goodbye 2013

Around 8% of people actually achieve their New Year’s Resolutions.

Over the past few years I myself have made New Year’s Resolutions. Unfortunately I have always been one of the 92% of people who don't achieve their new year’s resolutions.

2013 wasn't overly kind to me, by the end of the year I was overweight and unhappy! 2014 is going to be a HAPPIER Year. In 2014 I am going to be one of the 8% of people who achieve their New Year’s Resolutions.

This year my New Year’s Resolution is to blog every day in 2014, I am going to blog about my journey to living a HAPPIER life.

Tomorrow is the 1st of January and I am going to share with you my 3 main goals for 2014. I have set this goals in order  to active my New Years Resolution.
